The Royal Caribbean Group's Celebrity Cruise Brand has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Customer Marketing Lead reporting to the Marketing Team.

This position will be working on-site from Miami, Florida.

Position Summary:

The primary function of the Lead, Customer Marketing will be to support the CRM strategy & experience team including but not limited to email/direct mail marketing channels, lead generation and Guest Commerce Marketing team as needed. At the direction of the Sr. Manager, CRM strategy, this position will support driving revenue and increasing customer reactivation and retention by working collaboratively across teams, with in-house creative team and external vendors. In addition, this role will support in driving forward CRM roadmap as well as spearheading Innovation and experience initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Support execution of email and direct mail marketing campaigns where needed, including developing creative briefs and work with the creative team and external vendors to develop assets.
  • Provide support for Guest Commerce team projects, tracking the progress, ensuring deadlines are met and communicate with different stakeholders as needed (creative team project manager, HTML coders, legal, etc.)
  • Manage innovation/testing initiatives.
  • Drive experience initiatives to help improve customer experience, increase NPS, and promote guest engagement.
  • Partner with BI to develop and maintain all CRM reporting/metrics to share out to leadership.
  • Facilitates the development of presentations to executive leaders.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders from marketing, retail, product, and operations teams to ensure coordinated execution and drive channel performance.
  • Assist with all QA/testing efforts (i.e. new promotion goes live, new web enhancement is implemented.
  • Maintain monthly CRM budget and invoicing.
  • All other duties assigned as needed per Customer Marketing team.

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills:
  • Bachelor's in marketing, communication, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of marketing experience.
  • Strong desire to learn and develop professionally.
  • Effective verbal and communication skills and adaptable communication style for interacting with team members and leadership.
  • Time management and organization skills for planning and executing both large and small marketing projects and initiatives.
  • Strong ability to gather insights, interpret and analyze data to provide strategic recommendations.
  • Ability to juggle multiple assignments.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to present to leadership.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Proactiveness and have a problem-solving attitude.
  • Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Approach: energy and enthusiasm to drive results; must be self-motivated, proactive, poised, and flexible
  • Industry knowledge: passionate about cruise/travel industry, eCommerce, and CRM.
