What is the opportunity?

Billing & Reporting Analyst

What will you do?

  • Provide customer service to Clearing & Custody firms on billing & reporting related inquiries through both phone and email.
  • Participate in the preparation and distribution of monthly and other ongoing billing reports provided to C&C firms, including the monthly billing settlement process.
  • Use Excel, Access, and other databases to accurately complete assigned billing tasks. Use familiarity of these databases to improve tasks, as needed.
  • Use analysis skills to identify abnormal settlement statement items, and to determine the cause & resolution.
  • Participate in new firm billing introductory calls.
  • Respond to requests from auditors, which include completing balance confirms & distributing SOC reports.
  • Participate in ad-hoc analysis & projects, upon request.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have
  • Customer service experience, both verbally and in writing.
  • Demonstrated computer skills, with an emphasis on Excel and Access
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably with a concentration in Business, Finance, Economics or Accounting
  • Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.

Nice-to-have
  • Experience with internal RBC systems, such as Broadridge back-office
  • One or more years industry experience preferred.
