The Workplace Operations team works cross-functionally to keep all Robinhood offices running smoothly on the day-to-day. From large-scale construction projects to running our snacks program, we strive to provide best-in-class service for all of our employees, so they can be their best selves at work. No job is too big, or too small for us!

We’re looking for a hyper-organized and collaborative Workplace Operations Manager to manage operations in our new Bellevue location. In this role, you will work closely with Workplace colleagues, cross-functional partner teams, functional leaders, and executives to ensure that the multiple buildings you manage are a safe, comfortable, cohesive environment that enhances productivity.

What you’ll do

  • Manage ongoing office needs as the main point of contact with building/landlord, running point on maintenance, monitoring inventory, and ordering employee supplies as well as being the cultural leader for Robinhood
  • Partner with cross functional teams to lead events that engage teams and drive incredible employee experiences
  • Serve as the cultural ambassador of the company by assisting with new hire onboarding, planning events, and being a supportive resource for employees and guests
  • Collaborate with all other Workplace Managers to ensure company culture and policies are consistent across Robinhood offices
  • Manage workplace programs and vendors, including but not limited to: meals, snacks, swag, office supplies, onboarding, HVAC, plumbing, janitorial, etc.
  • Create meaningful relationships and feedback opportunities with the employees utilizing our facilities regularly
  • Maintain the excellent condition and organization of the office, including updates to furniture, tracking company assets, and upholding impeccable cleanliness standards
  • Support buildout projects where needed by working closely with the Real Estate Team, external vendors, general contractors, and project managers to see the project through to completion
  • Partner cross-functionally with multiple teams (IT, Recruiting, People Operations, Finance, etc.) to drive company initiatives

What you bring

  • 4+ years of recent experience in workplace management, hospitality or event management
  • Strong interpersonal skills, thrives on being the face of the office and driving the company culture
  • Excellent problem solving skills, with an ability to recognize opportunities and develop ways of addressing them
  • Interest in hosting in-person events as well as online hybrid team building activities
  • Passion for building and maintaining a tight-knit community within the workplace
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail and a proven ability to take ownership of multiple projects
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and emotional intelligence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly adaptable to change and ambiguity
  • Ability to work autonomously with strong follow through and tenacity
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Slack and Google GSuite Apps: Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides

  • This job is following Robinhood’s In-Office working model which means the Robinhoodie will be working in the NYC office full-time due to business needs.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
