Treasury Operations Specialist

About the team + role

We are building a high performing Treasury Operations team to power Robinhood’s next generation of financial products, including our soon-to-launch Private Banking offering. The team's objective is to provide scalable, secure, and accurate treasury operations in order to maintain customer trust and regulatory compliance.

As a Treasury Operations Specialist, you’ll own detailed reconciliation workflows and refine how we settle payments. You’ll work cross-functionally to strengthen controls, reduce friction, and scale treasury operations as our products expand. You’ll be directly responsible for ensuring our general ledger aligns with partner data and banking activity across multiple rapidly scaling transaction flows.

This role is based in our Lake Mary, FL office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

What you’ll do

• Own reconciliation frameworks across internal ledgers, external bank data, and partner systems
• Lead all aspects of daily cash settlements via ACH, wires, and other payment rails.
• Partner with Compliance, Corporate Accounting, and Financial Operations to maintain detailed and accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to design, document, and implement treasury support for new payment flows.

What you bring

• Deep understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation across payment systems like ACH, wire, and card networks.
• 3 - 5+ years experience owning end-to-end treasury or payment operations processes, especially in fast-paced or regulated settings.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas) comfortable building custom workbooks and uncovering insights from large datasets.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with Product, Engineering, and Finance partners.
