We're looking for an experienced Content Designer to join us on our mission to make financial wellness accessible to everyone. This role supports the Platform org, working across two teams:
- Customer Care: Create a best-in-class support experience for our customers, from diagnosing their issues to connecting them seamlessly to the best solutions. You’ll design cutting-edge conversational AI and recommendation products to make sure our customers are getting the right help at the right times.
- Customer Trust & Safety: Ensure Robinhood is a safe and trusted place for our customers. You’ll design features, tools and campaigns that protect their privacy and data, keep their accounts secure, and let them move their money with confidence.
As the first Content Designer to support Platform, you’ll have a broad scope and the opportunity to shape and uplevel the design practice in this space. You may be a good match if you’re great at zooming in and out to balance multiple priorities, feel equally at home with big-picture strategy and hands-on details, and know how to scale yourself effectively. You have deep empathy for our customers at crucial moments when they may feel vulnerable—and design clear, intuitive experiences that let them know Robinhood has their back.

What you’ll do
- Partner with product, design, data science, and research to create well-articulated experiment plans and shape the product roadmap
- Design content that drives meaningful customer experiences with measurable business impact
- Incorporate performance metrics and user research into content decisions for product experiences
- Lead partners through content-first frameworks, workshops, and strategy
- Create and advocate for clear, concise, and understandable language that best communicates our mission externally
- Develop frameworks, guidelines, audits, and processes to help define and enhance product content at Robinhood
What you bring
- 4-6+ years helping people through understandable Content Design or UX Writing
- Ability to think, concept, and build at a systems level
- Eagerness to shape product direction and vision from ideation through post-launch
- Ability to adapt quickly and work independently in a fast-paced environment with shifting constraints
- Experience collaborating with designers, product managers, and user researchers
- Familiarity working with compliance and legal teams during the content development and approval process
- A portfolio or selection of writing samples and past work to share

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan.
