As Product Manager for AI Investing, you will define and lead the strategy for how Robinhood uses AI to enhance investment experiences. You’ll team up with different departments to introduce groundbreaking features that empower users and shape the future of investing.
This role is based in Menlo Park, CA or Bellevue, WA, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

What you’ll do
- Develop the vision, strategy, and roadmap for how AI will transform investing at Robinhood.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver ground-breaking AI experiences for our users.
- Work closely with teams across the company to integrate AI in innovative and thoughtful ways.
- Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and iteration while thinking big and ambitious.
- Lead the launch of new investment products that improve customer decision-making.
What you bring
- 5+ years of experience building and launching high-quality platform products.
- Proven expertise in defining and developing AI-powered products that drive innovation.
- Familiarity with experimentation platforms and A/B testing for ML systems, and experience with fine-tuning and ML optimization techniques.
- Exposure to LLMs, recommender systems, NLP, or reinforcement learning; experience with Agentic AI is a plus.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities, with experience in explaining technical concepts to varied audiences.

In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits.
Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
