  • Slack apps and third-party plugin integrations (e.g., VSCode, Coda, Glean)
  • Triage and respond to security-related support escalations and exceptions from internal teams, including endpoint issues, SaaS problems, and other escalations
  • Manage endpoint software application approval workflows (Ex. laptops, mobile, etc.)
  • Contribute to internal policies and documentation (Ex. SOPs, Wiki KB, etc.)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering and Business Systems teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure compliance with internal security standards
  • Participate in on-call rotations and sprint-based project work as needed

What you bring

  • 2–4 years of experience in IT, technical support, or corporate security operations.
  • Familiar with endpoint security, identity management, and SaaS controls.
  • Strong macOS security experience; ChromeOS and Windows familiarity a plus.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow technical and collaborative skills.
  • Experience with low-code or automation tools (e.g. Tines, Okta, Jira) are a plus.
  • Experience with assessing third-party extensions and integrations are a plus.
  • Strong customer service & communications skills, and able to effectively translate complex security & technical details for different audiences.

What we offer
