Producer, Player & Narrative Experience, Riftbound
Riot Games was established in 2006 by entrepreneurial gamers who believe that player-focused game development can result in great games. In 2009, Riot released its debut title League of Legends to critical and player acclaim. As the most played video game in the world, over 100 million play every month. Players form the foundation of our community and it’s for them that we continue to evolve and improve the League of Legends experience.
We’re looking for humble but ambitious, razor-sharp professionals who can teach us a thing or two. We promise to return the favor. Like us, you take play seriously; you’re passionate about games. We embrace those who see things differently, aren’t afraid to experiment, and who have a healthy disregard for constraints.
That's where you come in.
As a Producer, Player & Narrative Experience on the Riftbound team, you’ll focus on delivering immersive and high-quality player-facing content for the Simplified Chinese market. You’ll be responsible for coordinating the quality and delivery of in-game content—including UI strings, card names, tooltips, VO, and rules—ensuring clarity, cultural resonance, and gameplay accuracy.
You’ll work closely with Narrative, UX, Game Design, QA, and Central Localization to make sure content not only reads well, but plays well. In addition to in-game content, you’ll represent the Riftbound team as Riot’s on-site lead and chief judge at TCG live events in China, supporting tournament rulesets, player arbitration, and regional gameplay readiness.
This is not a traditional localization role. You’ll be embedded with the Riftbound dev team and will serve as a cross-functional partner to ensure the Simplified Chinese player experience—from tooltips to tournaments—meets Riot’s quality bar and resonates with our community.
