As a Producer on League Studio Creative eXpressions, you will report into and work with the Creative eXpressions Production Lead. You will partner with members of LSCX and producers from various League Studio teams to manage the content development of audio and narrative deliverables for League of Legends, Teamfight Tactics, and Legends of Runeterra.

- Partner with the Creative eXpressions Leads to oversee the operations of the Narrative and Audio disciplines, and help inform team roles and responsibilities, project assignments, hiring priorities, and strategic objectives
- Accountable to long term sustainability of the team including improving capabilities, creating and maintaining effective work systems, and team health
- Partner with the Creative eXpressions Production Lead on the strategic planning, financial tracking, and reporting of Business Operations
- Build relationships with partner product and service teams to drive and maintain collaboration across the greater Studio, ensuring clear project intake, strong understanding of product and creative direction, and dependable delivery
- Managing contracts, relationships, and invoices for external partners
- Assess the team's maturity, health, and composition. Identify gaps, and support onboarding of new team members
- Create and contribute ideas to areas beyond your immediate ownership across different teams and disciplines
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years in production role (i.e. - experience as a producer, product manager, project manager, or similar) in a dynamic industry such as software or entertainment
- Experience in game development or a profound understanding of how artists, engineers, and game designers build game content and features
- Experience in applying a variety of development methodologies based on development goals and make up of the team
- Experience managing the priority of team and product backlogs, writing user stories, and leading estimation, scoping and capacity planning
- Experience with managing stakeholder relationships through rhythm of business workflows and practices
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with the game audio process in one or more of the following crafts: Sound Design, Voice Over, Music
- Experience with the Creative Writing process or Narrative Design
- Familiarity with League of Legends and Teamfight Tactics
- Experience managing creatives or vendor partner teams
