Diversity & Inclusion Advisor, People & Processes

2 days ago Los Angeles, CA

The Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) team is amplifying diverse voices and fostering an inclusive environment across Riot’s ecosystem. Riot’s mission is to make it better to be a player, and to achieve this mission, we must also build a workplace where all Rioters feel seen, heard, and valued. That’s where you come in.

We’re looking for a Diversity & Inclusion Advisor, People & Processes to help embed D&I principles into the core systems, practices, and policies of Riot’s People Org. In this individual contributor role, you’ll work across HRBPs and Centers of Excellence (COEs) including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, Talent Management, and People Programs to ensure D&I is thoughtfully and effectively integrated into the full employee lifecycle.

You’ll serve as a strategic partner and advisor to COE Leads, helping them assess gaps, identify opportunities, and apply D&I frameworks in ways that are practical, impactful, and scalable. Your work will directly shape how Riot’s People Team and Business Leaders approach inclusive practices at scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with HRBPs and COE Leads to align our key people systems, programs, and processes to our D&I strategy and drive operational excellence
  • Act as a subject-matter expert and thought partner to the People Team, helping translate D&I concepts into actionable strategies across the employee experience and relevant work streams.
  • Collaborate with D&I team members to ensure alignment across global D&I strategy, RIGs, and inclusion programming
  • Co-create scalable frameworks, toolkits, and guidance that enable People Team partners to operationalize core D&I principles independently
  • Bring a data-informed lens to your work leveraging metrics, benchmarking, and employee feedback to shape recommendations and measure progress over time
  • Influence and align multiple stakeholders, offer guidance, and create tools to drive equitable outcomes in people practices and policies.
  • Partner with regional counterparts to ensure recommendations meet regional needs and requirements
