2XKO Community Manager IBIT (12 Month Contract)
The Community Manager oversees the implementation of the player experience of 2XKO in the IBIT market. This includes product marketing, community programs, and player support. You will be responsible for leading and coordinating the work of vendors, agencies, and individual contributors to deliver on 2XKO’s publishing plans in IBIT.
You will manage publishing efforts and prioritize publishing opportunities in IBIT. This includes building the larger game ecosystem (community, partnerships) while prioritizing the player experience. You will lead Riot’s long-term strategy for 2XKO across IBIT, scale our seasonal publishing efforts and programs, and establish the scope of media work, community building, and local channel strategy.
This role reports to the Regional Publishing Product Lead, this will be a 12 month contract role based from the Barcelona office.
Responsibilities:
- Guide the local publishing strategy for 2XKO in IBIT to ensure business goals, player needs, and game health metrics are achieved.
- Represent and advocate for the IBIT market’s needs, opportunities, and player insights to the global 2XKO publishing team.
- Localize and optimize global brand and go-to-market strategies, ensuring effective use of all owned and earned channels within the IBIT market.
- Lead and coordinate vendors, agencies, and individual contributors to deliver high-quality publishing campaigns, content releases, and player-facing events.
- Oversee regional advertising and media efforts from initial briefing to execution, impact measurement, and reporting.
- Drive key decisions across communications strategy, audience targeting, performance tracking, player support, and integration of community channels in IBIT.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience in publishing, business development, or product management within the games, entertainment, or tech industries.
- 4+ years’ experience leading externally facing programs, with a focus on experiential marketing or large-scale player/community activations.
- 3+ years’ experience managing initiatives, programs, or cross-functional workstreams involving vendors, agencies, or individual contributors.
- Proven ability to develop and execute business strategies, managing resources effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
- Strong budgeting skills with extensive experience in planning, deploying, and accounting for large-scale projects.
- Deep understanding of the IBIT gaming market, including player demographics, cultural trends, and competitive landscape.

- BA in a related field of study is nice to have.
