The Financial System Analyst will have strong analytical skills and expertise in improving financial processes to optimize organizational reporting performance.

This position will serve our Enterprise Division, located in Atlanta, GA.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Work with internal customers on ad-hoc reporting , troubleshooting queries, coordinate month end and account reconciliation process
• Served as database administrator for OneStream Financial Management, responsible for user access provisioning and metadata maintenance
• Supported 100+ users across BU finance departments with data processing, validation and miscellaneous system issues
• Working with FP&A, division and corporate accounting team to ensure full data coverage for Actual, Forecast and Budget phases
• Assist with the development, deployment and maintenance of OneStream applications, data transformation and workflows revisions
• Build and maintain Excel based routine reporting, design webform / grid user interface, assist with new feature / function change testing
• Validate data consistency and revise data management processes for data synchronization between scenarios
• Document and deliver training programs to end-users to ensure sufficient knowledge transfer

Qualifications:

WHAT YOU NEED
  • Bachelor degree in Accounting / Finance or related field, exposure to financial system (CPM/EPM or ERP) administration strongly preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience required in corporate accounting / FP&A reporting, could substitute relevant graduate degree education for required work experience
  • Great presentation and communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills and hand-on experience of business software, MS Office Suite and ERP system
  • Work environment programming experience with VB.Net, VBA, VB Script or C#

HOW TO STAND OUT

• Prior experience with month end process such as account reconciliation, corporate allocation, elimination and consolidation

• Working experience with OneStream, Oracle Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Essbase, Excel Smartview is a plus

• CPA / CMA certificate holder (or contender with all required exams passed)

• Working knowledge of mainstream ERPs (Oracle, SAP, MS Dynamics, Lawson, etc), SQL
