This exciting role as Director of Finance will play a key role and lead the Finance Teams for the following businesses - Raypak, Commercial Water, and IBC Technologies. Main responsibilities include driving key finance strategy, processes around management reporting, KPIs, forecasting, and planning. Additionally, this role will provide strategic analytics and business case support to division leadership.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Be a key, contributing member of the Leadership Team and partner with the Vice President/General Manager of the business to develop key financial growth strategies and initiatives.
• Provide analytics, modeling, and insight to support to the business unit leaders in developing and executing strategic initiatives.
• Run monthly close process and ensure compliance with Enterprise policies and timelines
• Ensure internal controls are in place and consistently monitored, with particular focus on improvement of inventory management
• Support functional cost management and plant productivity
• Drive critical workstreams for the business to improve profitability where necessary
• Redesign and administer business forecasting and planning processes to meet enterprise, division and business unit requirements, support through robust financial modeling
• Track and provide visibility to critical metrics for business performance (e.g., market share, product vitality index, new product financial performance)
• Ensure accurate, timely and consistent production of Business Unit reporting package
• Establish standardized internal business unit reporting structure and drive accountability for KPIs across the business unit leaders.
• Monitor competitor performance and market indicators, analyze assigned business segment's performance against both external and internal benchmarks.
• Drive product line profitability reporting and analytics to help optimize the assigned business segment portfolio.
• Promote FP&A best practices across the business unit.
• Support ad-hoc financial analyses
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

WHAT YOU NEED

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field of study

• Advanced degree or certification, like MBA or CPA, preferred

• Minimum of 10+ years of finance experience with increasing functional responsibilities

• Experience working in a manufacturing/adjacent environment

• Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, with high level of attention to details and accuracy

• Demonstrated ability to work well with others in a matrix environment

• Ability to enable organization and drive solutions

• Strong managerial, financial, and analytical skill

• Accuracy and attention to details

• Demonstrated ability to understand, analyze and articulate business process improvement opportunities

• Demonstrated ability to manage internal and external relationships

• Demonstrated abilities in project management and planning skills

• Strong change management skills

• Experience with financial reporting / consolidation systems, such as HFM or OneStream

• Ability to travel occasionally

HOW TO STAND OUT

• Experience in FP&A and in Operations Finance

Supervisory Responsibilities : This role will have 3-5 direct reports. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated past successes with the development of direct reports, utilizing each individual's talents to their fullest capabilities and identification and support of future opportunities for team members with increasing responsibilities.
