About the role:

Working closely with HR, leadership, and program owners, you'll ensure every initiative is well-organized, communicated effectively, and measured for impact.

Job Summary

In this role, you'll bring RMC's learning and engagement initiatives to life — ensuring that every training, communication, and event connects employees to our mission and values. You'll serve as the operational hub of the Learning and Development function, translating strategy into action and maintaining visibility into all program timelines, updates, and outcomes.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and outcome-driven, with strong project management skills and a passion for helping people learn and succeed. You'll balance executional excellence with creativity, ensuring each initiative is not only delivered seamlessly but also makes a measurable difference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with program owners to define objectives, deliverables, and success criteria for each initiative.
  • Track enrollment, attendance, completion, and compliance certificate data, maintaining accurate and timely records across systems.
  • Monitor program progress, identify risks or delays, and take proactive steps to keep initiatives on track.
  • Collaborate with operations and branch leaders to ensure employees meet training and compliance requirements.

  • Support live and hybrid training sessions, including scheduling, distributing materials, and coordinating follow-up communications.

Employee Support & Experience

  • Serve as the first point of contact for learning-related inquiries, assisting employees with access, troubleshooting, and navigation support.
  • Track and verify completion of onboarding and required training activities, ensuring accurate documentation and certificate filing.
  • Support company-wide initiatives, such as onboarding, benefits open enrollment, and recognition programs, that strengthen engagement and connection.
