In this leadership role overseeing Inbound BDRs and Outbound MDRs, you will drive team success through dedicated coaching and a commitment to on-going professional development. You will be responsible for assessing skill levels, creating development plans, and providing regular coaching via one-on-ones, team sessions, and targeted training initiatives to ensure continuous improvement and the achievement of individual and team goals.

This role is hybrid - in-person at our office in Austin, TX several days/week.

How you'll add value:

  • Performance Management & Coaching: Provide daily guidance and conduct structured weekly one-on-one sessions with each team member to review performance against key metrics, develop strategic approaches for lead qualification and conversion, and address any operational challenges. 
  • Meet & Exceed Goals: Ensure team attainment to established quotas for qualified opportunities set and pipeline generated, while upholding organizational core values in all prospect interactions. 
  • Continuous Training: Facilitate regular team training focused on inbound lead engagement best practices, qualification methodologies, platform/tool proficiency, and product knowledge. 
  • Process Optimization & Lead Management: Define, monitor, and refine inbound lead routing rules and qualification criteria. Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales Operations to optimize CRM workflows for efficient lead handling and prioritization by the Inbound team. 
  • KPI Tracking & Reporting: Establish, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to your team (e.g., lead response time, contact rates, qualification rates, SQL conversion).  
  • Leadership & Team Environment: Foster a positive, high-performance team culture. Act as a visible and accessible leader, providing consistent support and motivation to the Organization. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Maintain regular, proactive collaboration with all stakeholders team to ensure alignment on lead generation quality, provide feedback on campaign effectiveness, and optimize the marketing-to-sales handoff process.  
  • Strategic Input: Participate in the strategic planning process, providing input on Inbound processes, team design, and technology requirements to support team success. 
  • Additional duties as assigned.

What you'll need to be successful in this role:

  • 1-2 years of experience in team leadership or direct management preferred. 
  • A consistent record of achieving performance goals, combined with experience helping team members reach their own objectives.  
  • Strong understanding of standard SDR/BDR platforms, tools, and methodologies, with the ability to train team members and serve as a key resource.  
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to engage effectively with individuals and the team.  
  • Ability to teach, coach, and foster the professional development of team members.  
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the proven ability to work autonomously and manage priorities.  
  • Proficiency in analyzing performance data to identify key trends, forecast potential outcomes, and guide strategic planning.  
  • Experience guiding teams through organizational change, including the adoption of new processes or technologies. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals. 

R365 Team Member Benefits & Compensation

  • This position has a salary range of $80,000-$120,000 + commission. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
