Sr. Manager, Partnerships

Job Summary:

The Senior Manager, Partnerships - EMEA position reports to the Managing Director, EMEA. The Senior Manager, Partnerships - EMEA will work closely with Reputation Senior Management to identify potential business and technology ecosystem partners & negotiate deals with them, manage the current set of technology & channel partners, and finally, identify and help execute on go-to-market opportunities with partners, including positioning and training the sales field on co-developed solutions. The interested candidate should be experienced in working with Senior Management on a weekly basis, leading strategic business development initiatives, and driving cross-functional teams consisting of Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Engineering.


  • Identifying and developing new partnerships in the areas of: Digital Marketing, Customer Experience Management and Online Reputation

  • Working closely with partners to jointly develop and close sales opportunities.

  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure partners receive the right resources and support to build out a successful program

  • Working closely with Senior Management to develop and refine Reputation’s business development strategy, including identifying new strategic channel sales partnerships

  • Developing and managing GTM plans including positioning, key benefits, sales collateral and financials for solutions being co-developed with partners

  • Training the field organization and other key stakeholders on such jointly developed solutions

  • Working closely with the field organization and partners to help close key customer accounts

  • Additional duties as assigned


  • Proven experience in working with partners in Digital Marketing or CX

  • Able to conduct business in English

  • Strong knowledge of German market and contacts with local agencies

  • Strong leadership, analytical, strategic thinking and communication skills and a positive can-do attitude are a must

  • Business development experience at B2B technology market leaders

  • Comprehension and experience with social networking, identity management, search engine marketing, online privacy, customer experience and online reputation management highly prized

  • Intelligent, accountable self-assured individual with a strong work ethic

  • A successful candidate will reject setbacks and will enthusiastically persist until ambitious goals are achieved. He/she will be resourceful, proactive and bestow the qualities of a top athlete

  • Results-oriented team player with a committed effort to meet the quarterly MBOs.
