IT Engineer

Job summary:

Reputation is seeking an IT Engineer to assist in maintaining the company’s IT network, servers, and security systems. You will also be responsible for coordinating day to day IT responsibilities for supporting internal customers.


  • Comprehensive IT support in managing system issues in a mixed environment consisting of Mac and Windows 10.

  • Office internet firewall, DNS, DHCP, VPN.

  • Working with Google Workspace setup and configuration.

  • Managing wireless 802.11x network with network authentication.

  • Work with the business to identify gaps or problems with existing processes.

  • Support and assist employees using AV systems, both onsite and remote, including Zoom, projectors, audio, and video conferencing.

  • Manage inventory for hardware and software.

  • Ensure security of endpoints, data, network access, and system backups.

  • Additional duties as assigned.


  • Basic Networking capabilities that include knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and Multi-WAN configurations.

  • Experience with a VOIP service provider administration and configuration (RingCentral, Jive, 8x8 etc.).

  • Strong knowledge in Windows, Apple OS X administration (Linux experience is a plus).

  • Solid communication skills in person and over the phone/email.

  • Networking administration experience.

  • IT experience with Apple/PC products and Microsoft Suite.

  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.

  • Google Workspace experience a plus.

  • JumpCloud experience a plus.

  • Experience with an MDM/EMM solution such as Airwatch, MobileIron, Jamf, SCCM etc. is a plus.

  • 3-5 years job experience.
