Overview

We are seeking a Senior Pricing Analytics Manager to lead the development and management of our Pricing data architecture, enablement, engineering, and Pricing Business Intelligence (BI). This role is instrumental in building and scaling the data infrastructure and enablement capabilities required to empower the pricing analytics team. Working closely with partners in enterprise data teams, IT, and analytics, this role will focus on delivering near-term data and analytics capabilities to accelerate insight generation. The ideal candidate possesses deep technical expertise in data engineering and BI, along with strong business acumen and leadership skills.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain a scalable data architecture and engineering pipelines to support the analytical needs of the pricing function, focusing on the rapid delivery of near-term capabilities.
• Act as a key liaison, partnering with enterprise data teams, IT, and analytics partners to design and deliver near-term pricing data solutions and capabilities.
• Lead the strategy, development, and administration of BI tools and platforms, creating dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for business partners.
• Drive data enablement and literacy within the pricing team by creating accessible, reliable datasets and providing technical guidance and training.
• Collaborate closely with pricing analysts and data scientists to understand data requirements and deliver effective, automated technical solutions.
• Oversee data governance from a technical perspective, establishing and enforcing protocols for data management, usage, and security in line with analytical needs.
• Mentor a high-performing pricing analytics function as we develop our pricing data and BI capabilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related technical field required.

• 7+ years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence, or data architecture.
• Experience in a recurring revenue business is required; experience in home services or a similar subscription-based industry is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling cloud based data platforms and BI solutions within a matrixed organization.

• Strong technical skills with proficiency in SQL, ETL processes, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts.
• Expert-level knowledge of business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and data visualization best practices.
• Experience with a general-purpose programming language (e.g., Python) for data manipulation and automation is highly preferred.
