We are proud to be a member of the Rentokil family of companies, the global leader in Pest Control and other services across more than 90 countries. We pride ourselves on being a trusted partner to many of the world's leading brands and serve consumer and business customers across multiple industries. We are extremely proud of our legacy of excellence and constantly work to fulfill our mission to "protect people, enhance lives, and preserve the planet."

Overview

We are seeking a technology-focused leader to serve as the Senior Manager of Pricing Operations, with a focus on Pricing Technology & Capabilities. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our pricing systems and tools. You will be responsible for leading the strategic development and implementation of our pricing technology roadmap, acting as the primary business owner for our pricing technology stack. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep expertise in pricing systems (e.g., catalog, CPQ), who can translate business needs and partner with our technology partners to turn requirements into scalable technology solutions. This is more of a technology and product management role than a traditional operations position; you will be building the future, not just managing the present.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic development and implementation of the pricing technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business and pricing strategies.
  • Serve as the primary business owner for the pricing technology stack, including CPQ, CRM pricing modules, and related analytics platforms.
  • Drive the continuous evolution of our pricing capabilities by evaluating, selecting, designing and implementing new tools and technologies.
  • Partner with IT, Architecture, and Product teams to design, build, and deploy scalable and robust solutions that meet the needs of the business.
  • Translate complex business requirements from cross-functional stakeholders into detailed technical specifications and project plans for development teams.
  • Design and implement automated controls and monitoring within pricing systems to ensure data integrity, compliance, and risk mitigation.

Candidate Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Business, or a related technical field required.

Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in a technology-focused role such as Product Management, IT Business Partnership, or Systems Analysis, with a strong emphasis on pricing and quoting systems.
  • Deep, hands-on experience with CRM/ERP pricing modules is required.
  • Proven track record of leading the full lifecycle of technology implementation projects, from initial discovery and requirements gathering through to UAT, deployment, and post-launch support.
  • Experience in a recurring revenue business is highly preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience leading or influencing teams of technical professionals.

Skills & Competencies

  • Expertise in pricing and product systems and their integration into the broader enterprise architecture.
  • Strong ability to act as the bridge between business and technology, with exceptional skill in translating business needs into technical requirements in a complex technology environment.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle processes.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis to drive system improvement and measure the impact of new features.
