Position Overview

Responsible for supporting Sales Operations and Field Sales by assisting with administrative work, RFP's, running sales reports, and maintaining sales records and statistics.

Job Responsibilities

  • Accepts incoming RFP's, etc, for review and distribution to appropriate departments.
  • Assists in the preparation of RFP's.
  • Creates and maintains sales reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Completes and maintains Vendor Forms.
  • Registers the Commercial Branches for Trade Shows. This may include ordering the booth(s) and all related items required for the show.
  • Disperses and maintains lead information from all sources. (Web, Call Center, Tendersbiz, Bird B Gone and Onvia)
  • Submits Mission data entry forms to the Admin Center via E-forms on Terminix Connect.
  • Reviews monthly commission processes and changes for field sales teams and assists sales team with commission questions.
  • Assists in tracking any new initiatives. (IE: price increase, fresh effects)
  • Responsible for ordering and maintaining process of ordering equipment for all new sales professionals.
  • Works with all cross functional teams, Marketing, Service, Legal and Finance to ensure communication and transparency on all sales initiatives.
  • Generates monthly sales presentations via PowerPoint and Excel.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma required, Associates degree preferred
  • 3-4 years of Administrative Experience
  • Strong skills with Mission is required
  • Experience in a Sales and/or Marketing environment
  • Ability to prioritize and complete multiple takes in a timely manner
  • Ability to interact in a positive manner with customers, colleagues and stakeholders
  • Ability to take into account all areas impacted by the sales process
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

Incumbent must be prepared to:

  • Move up to 10 pounds occasionally, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects.
  • Sitting for long periods of time while using office equipment such as computers, phones and etc.
  • Fingering and Repetitive motions; such as movement of wrists, hands and fingers while picking, pinching and typing during your normal working environment.
  • Express or exchange ideas with others through the use of spoken word, quickly, accurately, and at an easily audible volume, and receive detailed information through oral communication at usual speaking levels without correction, and/or make fine discriminations in the nature of sounds in the environment.

Incumbent is required to have:

  • Close visual acuity to perform detail oriented activities at distances close to the eyes, as well as visual acuity to perform activities at or within arm's reach with skill, control, and accuracy, such as preparing and analyzing data, viewing computer screen and expansive reading.

Incumbent will be subject to:

  • Inside working conditions: The change of building environment such as with or without air conditioning and heating.

Base Pay Range
Hourly: $20.00 - $35.00

While starting pay falls within the given range, it can vary based on factors like geographic location, skills, education, and experience. Total earnings may also be affected by overtime, incentives, commissions, performance, and route assignment (where applicable).
