The Project Manager is responsible for leading projects from initiation to closure. This role involves developing and executing project plans, managing resources and budgets, and ensuring that project goals are achieved efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, highly organized individual with proven experience in managing project lifecycles, and a strong ability to communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage the project lifecycle. Guide projects from initial concept and requirement gathering to development, user acceptance testing, and final deployment.
  • Orchestrate the successful delivery of projects by aligning resources, schedules and objectives.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Support the project lead in coordinating project activities and resources.
  • Foster collaboration across teams to ensure all members are aligned with project goals and objectives.
  • Work directly with business analysts and project teams throughout the entire project lifecycle, from idea to requirements definition, design, development, user acceptance testing, rollout, and deployment.
  • Monitor project progress, track metrics, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Serve as key communication hub, leading project meetings, organizing documentation, and providing clear, timely updates on project status, risks and issues to all stakeholders.
  • Ensure all project documentation is organized and easily accessible.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to the project team and stakeholders.
  • Help identify and resolve project-related issues in a timely manner.

Candidate Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management or relevant field or equivalent years of experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage projects to completion.
  • Experience utilizing project management tools (e.g. Smartsheets)

Experience

  • Proficient in project management methodologies such as agile, scrum and waterfall
  • Ability to create and manage detailed project plans schedules and budgets
  • Highly skilled in identifying, assessing and mitigating project risks
  • Experience with project management software such as Jira, Asana, Trello, Smartsheets and google business suites desired

Skills & Competencies

  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects through their entire lifecycle
  • Experience in a related, non-managerial role such as project coordinator, scrum master, or business analyst
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desired
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Base Pay Range $84,300 - $109,600 / year

While starting pay falls within the given range, it can vary based on factors like geographic location, skills, education, and experience. Total earnings may also be affected by overtime, incentives, commissions, performance, and route assignment (where applicable).
