The role of the Manager, AP Audits and T&E will manage the accounts payable department for auditing invoices in the Procure to Pay system and the Travel and Expense (T&E) System including planning and analysis, projects and deadlines, customer service issues, reviewing existing and developing new procedures to improve the operation of the department.

Key Performance Indicators
• Functional specific KPIs • Invoices audited per employee • Average time to approve an invoice/expense report
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
• Direct and manage the account payables department in regards to T&E and invoice audit.
• Perform planning and analysis
• Manage complex projects and deadlines
• Lead cross functional teams
• Handle all unresolved customer service issues from both internal and external customers
• Provide leadership and guidance to the team which includes communicating the vision and direction of Leadership
• Review and analyze existing procedures
• Develop new procedures by incorporating necessary improvements in the operation of the department
CANDIDATE SUMMARY
Required Experience
• 4-6 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
• AP Certification by an accredited organization i.e. IAPP and/or IOMA preferred • Comprehensive knowledge of Concur T&E system and Procure to Pay practices including; laws and regulations, best practice processes and tools etc.
• Strong leadership and project management experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain high level of accuracy
• Excellent organizational skills
• Detail oriented
Formal Education, Qualifications or Training
Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
