Job Description:
The Content Operations Specialist I supports the Content team and its products by providing systems expertise and troubleshooting issues, fielding customer inquiries, coordinating data projects and report/metric development, and collaborating with cross-functional ops teams including Product Management, I nformation Systems and Engineering. The Ops Specialist monitors overall data integrity for the products.
In this role as a Content Operations Specialist I, you will:
- Apply systems knowledge to troubleshoot issues and suggest system improvements for the Content teams.
- Respond to internal & external customer inquiries and provide support to Customer Service.
- Work collaboratively with Content teams, other ops teams, information systems teams, and engineering.
- Maintain awareness of production goals & workflow and prioritize production or support tasks accordingly.
- Create and maintain production-related reports and other reports as needed.
- Monitor integrity of book data in systems and reports.
- Support internal and external projects.
- Collaborate with team leaders to coordinate workflows.

For this role as a Content Operations Specialist I, you should have:
- Measurable e xperience in technical operations
- Workflow planning
- Data analysis and reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Preferred:
- Associate or bachelor's degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective time and task management
- Proven c ollaboration skills
- Internal/external customer service
- Project management
- Familiarity with Snowflake, A mazon W eb S ervices , and artificial intelligenc e

Salary Range
$16.78 - $23.06 USD
