Position Description

The CPFR Analyst II will drive Refresco’s competitive positioning by ensuring our achievement with our customers vendor scorecard objectives by effectively managing the Collaborative Planning Forecasting and Replenishment process. Process responsibilities include shaping strategies and determining tactics to provide world-class support and service to our customer. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, the ability to collaborate with a team, and the resourcefulness to work in a non-standard environment but still achieve results.

Essential Functions:

  • Build Collaborative Planning Forecasting & Replenishment relationships with our customers, reaching out to the appropriate parties and has solution options
  • Improve integration with customer supply chains to ensure high in stock percentages, low aged inventories, and reduced supply chain costs
  • Assist with the development of new tools and processes to support the Replenishment and Customer Experience teams
  • Monitor planning and execution activities for exception conditions and communicate internally
  • Review results and identify opportunities in key performance metrics
  • Build knowledge of trends, situations or changing market conditions and take appropriate action on a timely basis.
  • Facilitate monthly replenishment meetings with customer to discuss KPI’s and state of business.
  • Share insights and suggest adjustments to plans for continuously improved results
  • Ownership in all communication with Customer Experience Manager, if additional product requirements (promotion planned, new DC/store, etc.) and ensure set ups are completed in all SAP Tables.
  • Solely responsible for determining whether substitutions / date changes for order fulfillment based upon projected shortages as compared to planned production / scheduled transfers.
  • Apply strong customer relationships to support sales personnel in identifying customer order practices that are inconsistent with Refresco service level agreement; to resolve issues
  • Manage the cost-effective depletion of discontinued items at company owned bottling operations and at co-packer locations
  • Provide A/R with invoice management assistance to resolve short/over payments and claims; communicate issue, root cause and resolution to internal and external customers in a timely manner
  • Manage returns, damage claims and complaints; communicate cause and resolution to affected/responsible business partners, assign action items to appropriate personnel and receive approval

Education and Experience:

  • Certificate of completion - CPFR Certification Program
  • 2-4 years related work experience in a Supply Chain position
  • 2-4 years related experience supply chain operational planning and logistics
  • 2- 4 years’ work experience as a CX level II as listed in the Refresco required competencies
  • Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Supply Chain Management a plus
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Understanding of key Supply Chain concept
  • Performs all accountabilities independently and without supervision.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills at various levels of the organizational structure
  • Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams
  • Initiative-taker and able to work with limited direction at times
  • Excellent people and process management skills
  • Experience with databases
  • Microsoft Office Suite applications – minimum intermediate level
  • Intermediate level knowledge on all AD HOC reports and SAP BI reports
  • Possesses comprehensive working knowledge of subject matter. Performs work under minimal supervision. Handles complex issues and problems, offering solutions for a resolve.
  • Act as lead or first-level supervisor
  • Capable handling of high stress/deadline situations
  • Passion to contribute at a high level in a team atmosphere
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency Level:

  • Certificate of completion - CPFR Certification Program
  • Microsoft Office Suite applications – minimum intermediate level
  • Intermediate level knowledge on all AD HOC reports and SAP BI reports
  • Possesses comprehensive working knowledge of subject matter. Performs work under minimal supervision. Handles complex issues and problems, offering solutions for a resolve.
  • Act as lead or first-level supervisor
  • Capable handling of high stress/deadline situations
  • Passion to contribute at a high level in a team atmosphere.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Working Conditions:

  • Physical Demands– Continuously sitting for prolonged periods, as the job is administrative in nature
  • Visual/Sensory – This position requires diligence, requiring attention with one or two senses at a time
  • Work environment – Work and environment fasted paced, requiring ability to remain focused under pressure
  • Mental Stress – There is pronounced pressure from deadlines, project management, accuracy, or similar demands
  • Travel – Limited travel

Travel Requirements:

  • Based in Tampa corporate office with minimal travel requirements.
