What You'll Do:

• Coordinate all logistics for trade shows and events - from scheduling shipments and managing booth assets to ensuring timely, seamless deliveries.
  
  
• Track, organize, and maintain booth displays, signage, and branded materials so they're always event-ready.
  
  
• Manage swag and promotional item inventory, ensuring everything is well-stocked, brand-compliant, and tailored to each audience.

Partner with internal teams to prep event materials, pack and ship supplies, and support onsite setup/teardown when needed.

Reconcile event assets and shipping documents post-event, identifying opportunities for future efficiency.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  
  
• 1+ years of experience in event logistics, trade show coordination, or similar operational roles.
  
  
• Hands-on familiarity with shipping platforms (e.g., FedEx, UPS) and inventory/asset tracking tools.
  
  
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines with accuracy and care.
  
  
• Ability to lift, move, and pack/unpack event materials (up to 50 lbs) and travel occasionally (5-15%) for onsite event support.
