What You Do
The App Studio Manager will manage a cross-functional product team and be charged with the continued growth of an established Android launcher product in the company portfolio. You will utilize exceptional analytical and data visualization skills, along with your product management experience and user acquisition skills, to evolve our product vision, drive revenue, and acquire profitable and engaged customers across various channels. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience working developing data and data visualization marketing, monetization, and analysis, coupled with a demonstrated history of product leadership.
- Extensive use of SQL queries and Excel to analyze and visualize product and feature performance
- Build and maintain forecasts for how lifetime value for customer cohorts will change over time based on features you and your team have built and released
- Directly manage and develop a cross-functional team of 4 or more to grow an established Android launcher product
- Own the full monetization stack of your product: from in-app purchases, to subscriptions, and ad funded models.
- Implement and continue to refine scalable paid and organic user acquisition strategies for your product
- Own, execute and communicate the product roadmap
- Identify the "next" with an eye toward future needs of the market and build that into your roadmap
What You Need
- Hands on experience working with, visualizing, and interpreting large data sets
- SQL and/or Postgres experience preferred
- Have developed and executed roadmaps for scaled products utilizing market and consumer research.
- Mobile apps preferred
- Paid mobile app user acquisition experience (Google Ads, Meta, etc )
- Familiarity with common mobile app monetization platforms, and comfortable optimizing within them
- Experience managing cross-functional direct reports
- Bonus: Have worked on both early stage and growth stage products
