About the Role
This is a newly created position within our global tax team based in our Boston office and will report directly to our Global Tax Director.
In this role, you will:
- Partner cross-functionally with key stakeholders to provide proactive insights related to indirect taxes in the context of a global SaaS-oriented cybersecurity company
- Act as the subject matter expert for Indirect taxes, including tax compliance, reporting, audit support and technology tools
- Manage our outsource providers to evaluate, implement and optimize our Company's approach to indirect tax reporting, including, but not limited to:
- US Sales and Use Tax Returns
- VAT Tax Returns
- GST Tax Returns
- Consumption Tax Returns
- Drive process efficiencies and automation initiatives

The skills you'll bring include:
- BA/BS in Accounting
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with a working knowledge of indirect taxes in public accounting and/or a corporate tax department
- Technical expert in U.S sales and use tax with a technology industry focus
- Working knowledge of international indirect tax in the UK, EU and Canada
- Ability to analyze data and review large data sets
- Strong organization, time management and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Passion for working in a fast-paced environment with a proven ability to set priorities and work independently on multiple projects
- Experience with NetSuite or Avalara, as well as an interest in expanding tax knowledge are both a plus
