SUMMARY:

We are seeking talented individuals to join us. This opportunity aims to provide students with exposure to the high-performance digital industry and hands-on experience in developing fundamental skills. It involves exploring potential career paths, applying and acquiring knowledge in real-world scenarios, and collaborating with well-known brands. This opportunity lays a strong and global foundation for personal and professional growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Shadowing publisher managers and acquisition specialist to gain exposure to the publisher management process and support.
  • Assisting in basic tasks such as data entry, account documentation, or responding to routine publisher inquiries.
  • Understanding partner goals to support ROI growth.
  • Assisting project teams in various tasks and project phases, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Assisting Global Support teams in basic daily tasks and requests.
  • Conducting research, gathering data, and preparing reports to support project decision-making.
  • Learning and applying project management tools and techniques to enhance project efficiency.
  • Developing basic knowledge of affiliate marketing concepts and practices, alongside familiarity with company policies and procedures with company policies and procedures.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)

  • Bachelor's degree in progress in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business, or Communications.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and a strong willingness to gain hands-on experience.
  • Good level of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced English (desired).
