BUSINESS UNIT INTRODUCTION:

At Rakuten Advertising, Salesforce is a crucial component of how we run our commercial organization. It acts not only as a CRM, but also as our source of truth for all commercial business needs and data. As we enter the next phase of our growth, Rakuten Advertising is looking to improve, simplify, and optimize our operations, including our Salesforce instance.

SUMMARY:

As a Salesforce Administrator Intern, you will have the invaluable opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience working with our Salesforce platform. You will collaborate closely with our Salesforce administrators and developers, providing support for our Salesforce instance and participating in the implementation of new features and functionalities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist with data cleansing and data quality initiatives to maintain precise and dependable Salesforce data Provide insights and recommendations to improve Salesforce systems and processes Gain knowledge configuring and customizing Salesforce objects, fields, and automated processes Take part in testing and quality assurance activities for updates and enhancements to our Salesforce platform
