Associate Marketing Program Manager

Overview

Lead the development and implementation of service marketing programs. including service contracts, subscription services, refurbished parts, and on-site services. Manage communications to end users, distributors and Rain Bird sales teams on the features and benefits of those services. 

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute service marketing campaigns to grow contract & subscription services.
• Proactively contact distributors, contractors, and end users to facilitate services sales and on time renewal of contracts.
• Train sales teams, SBU staff and distributors to sell the features and benefits of services.
• Collaborate with Rain Bird’s SBU’s to ensure alignment & transparency of marketing campaigns.
• Assist service managers in other regions to develop and implement marketing programs.
• Facilitate the translation of marketing documents to meet local language requirements.
• Conduct market research and surveys to position Rain Bird Service campaigns.
• Collect service competitive intelligence.
• Update and maintain customer contact lists via database management.
• Manage services pricing updates and communication.
• Liaise with Corporate Marketing.
• Produce marketing collateral for distribution and maintain the services web sites.
• Liaise with Customer Service re invoicing of services.
• Implement efficiency improvements, such as auto renewals of contract billings.
• Manage and report on key service metrics.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing or Business.
• 3-5 years minimum work experience in Marketing, Engineering or Sales.
• Service marketing experience.
• Excellent customer handling and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills including the Microsoft suite and database software.
• Must be an innovative self-starter who can work with a minimum of supervision.

• Demonstrated creative ability.
