Radware is looking for a software development team lead to join the Kubernetes WAAS (Web Application and API Security) organization.
What will you do?
Our engineers focus on building a diverse set of features designed in collaboration with product managers, UX, and other team players.
The software development TL will join the Kubernetes WAAS group that develops a cloud native product, providing a solution for application-security, running on Kubernetes, based on leading and cutting-edge technologies. In this position you will work using Agile Scrum methodology, in a fast-growing, challenging and dynamic environment.
The team lead will be acting as a scrum master, having a key role in building and managing a multi-disciplinary team, consisting of software developers, UI development experts and automation experts.

The lead is expected to be 50% hands on, leading and managing core development tasks in the product, with a strong sense of ownership.
What do you need to succeed?
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related technical field of study
- At least 5 years of experience with C++/Go/Python/Java programming
- At least 3 years of managerial experience (managing 4 experts or more) in an Agile environment
- Strong experience with Object-oriented software design and development best practices
- Strong experience with Linux development
- Experience with Backend development
- English Fluency: High-level reading, writing, and speaking.
- Experience in managing a multi-disciplinary team or scrum
- Familiarity with cloud-native (micro services) architecture concepts
- Familiarity with containers, Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with Application security
- Familiarity with private and public cloud environments
- Familiarity with CI/CD flows, tools, and methodologies
- Databases knowledge
- Familiarity with load-balancing and proxy concepts
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Decision-making skills and High self-learning abilities.
