Radware is looking for a Social Media Manager. This position is remote but preferred regions are Central to East Coast.

Do you tweet, share, and post to social media in your sleep? Do you know what it takes to grow an online community? We're looking for a remo social media manager to join our fun and fast-paced marketing team! Here at Radware, you'd be the in-house expert for social media and would implement strategies and tactics to grow our followers, engage and retain them, and help convert them into leads, customers, and active fans and promoters of our company. We're looking for someone who loves being creative, has command of best practices and trends in social media marketing, and understands how to both build and convert a digital audience.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Grow and manage our online presence. This includes our blog and social media profiles such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google +
  • Help create and implement our social growth and engagement strategy.
  • Responsible for daily content posting on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and emerging channels
  • Work alongside other marketers and content marketers to help distribute content that educates and engages our audience and supports marketing goals.
  • Take ownership of your social media content calendar as you team up with your marketing coworkers to ensure it aligns with the marketing and creative calendars.
  • Be our expert on all social platform changes- including details such as image dimensions and social algorithms.
  • Coordinate with international teams to coordinate global social media activities
  • Take ownership of the blog content strategy and editorial calendar, ensuring that content aligns to our broader marketing strategies and that content is delivered on time, copy editing, and posting content onto the blog in a timely manner.
  • Generate monthly reports and analyze performance metrics to increase engagement and productivity of social posts
  • Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach our target buyers.
  • Support all events with a social media presence.
  • Manage and grow our Employee Advocacy program
  • Remain current on trends in social media tools, sites, audience behavior, application, online marketing

  • 5-7 years' experience managing B2B social media campaigns for global technology companies
  • Bachelor's degree with a major or concentration in journalism/business/English/marketing, or relevant experience
  • Excellent written communication and editing skills, articulate and well-spoken
  • Proficiency in using social media software (i.e., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer etc.) and managing and posting to social platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google +, Instagram
  • Proficiency in WordPress, SEO, Adobe Creative Suite, and htmlExperienced working with minimal supervision and meeting timely deadlines
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Ability to think strategically, synthesize large amounts of data into actionable information, and be willing and able to roll up his/her sleeves to help implement the programs.
  • Capability to foster collaborative and productive working relationships with all levels within our company and across multiple disciplines and geographies.

Understanding of cyber security is preferred, but not required
