We're looking for a Senior IT Buyer join us.
What will you do:
- Taking an active part in the selection and management of vendors, subcontractors, and service providers.
- Establishing a stable and long-term partnership with a population of key vendors in compliance with company's procurement strategy, aiming for service continuity and strong commercial results for a multiple organizational customer such as: IT, MIS, R&D, Technical Support, Production line, etc.
- Creating added value to all internal customers by providing a timely support and optimizing spend to accommodate budget or below.
- Analyzing procurement demands vs. market trends, targeting procurement objectives, enforcing cost control according to the company's objectives.
- Actively manage sourcing activities by practicing methodology of RFQ/RFP, key sourcing processes, quotation analysis and commercial negotiations.
- Generate benchmarks, sustaining strong awareness of potential new vendors, brands and markets, assessing vendors' capabilities.
- Providing excellent service to internal customers, while meeting or exceeding Purchasing commercial goals.

- 3-5 years of experience
- Specific experience in local IT purchasing - mandatory, experience in global IT purchasing - an advantage
- Excellent familiarly with the local IT market (with all local and preferably global channels of the main brands such as: Cisco, Juniper, Dell, Lenovo, HP, CP, Fortinet, VMWARE, NetApp and others)
- Work experience from a global high-tech company or a major IT integrator (such as: Bynet, Malam-Team, Matrix, Taldor, Emet, Ness etc.)
- Proven experience in contract's evaluation and management
- Excellent analytical skills and a structured approach to problem solving
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- Excellent oral and written communication in English - mandatory
- High multitasking and prioritizing skills
- Degree educated - mandatory
- Experience in working with Oracle ERP - advantage
