Radware is looking for a Product Management Lead to join the Cloud Native Protector Product Management team in the CTO office.
Radware's Cloud Native Protector is a cutting-edge Cloud-native security solution for comprehensive protection of public Cloud environments against Cloud threats and attacks. The Product Management team is responsible for the entire product lifecycle and works closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing and customers to deliver innovative security services and ensure high customer satisfaction.
What will you do?
- Define requirements of product features based on market research, competitive analysis and customer requirements
- Ongoing interaction with the Engineering teams to develop innovative and high-quality product capabilities
- Develop and maintain the overall product roadmap and product strategy in accordance with market needs
- Enable a high-value and effective go-to-market strategy working closely with other departments to ensure a successful release and launch process
- Present new features to the market and train Sales Engineers and Professional Services on new product offerings
- Be a Team Lead for another Senior Product Manager

- +3 years of experience in Product Management of a B2B SaaS product
- Experience with the Agile software development life cycle
- Experience with Cyber Security
- Experience with conducting competitive analyses and market research
- Experience with public Cloud environments such as AWS and Azure
- Excellent documentation and presentation skills
- Great people skills and ability to work in a multi-interface, cross-functional, changing environment
- Customer-oriented and experienced in working with enterprise customers
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent education from a technological unit
- Experience with public Cloud security solutions in the CSPM, CIEM or CWPP markets - big advantage
