A leading provider of cyber security and application delivery solutions, Radware (RDWR) is looking for a Director of Systems Engineering to lead its North American Service Delivery organization. This is a key leadership role to lead a team of engineers who are responsible for delivering products and services within the North American customer base including some of the largest strategic accounts. This includes successful oversight of the professional services deployments, and Radware's fast-growing managed security services.

The Radware Director of Systems Engineering duties may include but are not limited to:
- Lead, coach, mentor Professional services engineers and TAMs
- Ensure successful deployment of products purchased by customers thru Radware professional services
- Lead and grow Radware's Managed security services business in North America
- Work with R&D, product teams to ensure fast resolution of high priority customer issues
- Work closely with Operations teams to ensure proper communication of both scheduled and unscheduled activities
- Provide guidance to customers on new software upgrades, vulnerabilities, best practices
- Enhance tools and procedures to ensure a world class customer experience for Radware's customers
- Support Sales organizations in positioning Services products
- Bachelors in Computer Science / Masters degree is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in a post-sales management role
- 5+ years of experience with L4\L7 networking or network security background operation
- Network Security Certification and experience is preferred.
