A successful Israeli and global hi-tech company in the Networking and Security domain is looking for a Bookkeeper to join the Finance department.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily banking activities.
- Conduct a monthly reconciliation of every bank account.
- Maintain the petty cash fund.
- Conduct Cash flow reports.
- Booking supplier invoices.
- Recording Employee credit cards expenses.
- Checking and approving employee travel and other expenses.
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments to employees.
- Correspond with employees and respond to inquiries.
- Involvement in the monthly and quarterly bookkeeping closing process.
- Assemble information for external auditors for the annual audit.

- Experience in bookkeeping 3 years.
- Minimum Bookkeeping level 1-2.
- Full-time job.
- Self-motivated.
- Team player.
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Good English.
- Great attention to details.
- Good inter-personal skills.
- Experience in Oracle modules - advantage.
- Experience with TAS - an advantage, but not a must.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
