We are hiring for a Sales Manager for a 12 month contract working across our major agency patch, from our Paris office. In this role, you will be part of the sales drive of Quantcast’s managed service offerings and self-serve platform across France, pitching to agencies and brands. Once fully ramped, you’ll be responsible for pre-sales qualification, sales strategy, negotiation, all the way through to final implementation.
 
This is a really unique opportunity for someone to have a huge impact on Quantcast’s success in France and accelerate their sales career!

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own a sales strategy in conjunction with your manager across a specific group of media agencies in France. 
  • Effectively present Quantcast’s capabilities and offerings in the digital ad marketplace
  • Analyze sales statistics to determine growth potential and work towards team KPIs and targets
  • Support your team with outreach, proactive proposals, forecasting and any other tasks that will help the team achieve their revenue targets

Requirements:

  • A minimum 1-2 years of work experience in media/advertising landscape
  • An ability and desire to source and pitch to prospects and clients, asking great discovery questions to find out what it is the client needs
  • Interpersonal skills - you’re a confident communicator and are able to quickly build rapport with others 
  • A positive, can do attitude, but above all you’ll be a team player
