The Quote-to-Cash Organization


As part of the Quote to Cash you will be working in a highly collaborative environment with a diverse group of talented people and be in a key position to impact the future direction of the company.

Thanks to our expertise in different systems we are supporting the Sales Organization by helping them building complex offers and processing orders. In addition, our team is responsible for license management and assuring correct revenue recognition.

 

What makes this role interesting?

 

As part of the regional Quote to Cash EMEA Team, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating effectively and directly with internal departments such as Sales Organization, Subscription Renewals, Customer Success Organization, and Credit & Collections.
  • Supporting the Sales Organization with Salesforce quoting and product queries, including building “special” Qlik program quotes in Salesforce.
  • Reviewing Order Forms and processing deals in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and securing correct revenue recognition in NetSuite.
  • Ensuring deal compliance with internal policies and procedures, including legal, revenue, and pricing guidelines.
  • Maintaining accurate customer data and opportunity data in Salesforce, NetSuite and other systems to ensure high data quality and reporting accuracy.
  • Responding to requests and queries from both internal and external customers regarding quotes, licenses, billing, and product related topics.
  • Playing an active role in internal process improvement and implementation of systems and changes within our organization.
  • Collaborating closely with our IT department to resolve system issues related to SalesForce & NetSuite.
  • Assisting in the documentation and maintenance of process guides, training materials, and best practices.
  • Supporting month end, quarter-end and year-end close activities by prioritizing high-impact deals and collaborating across departments to meet deadlines.

 

Here’s how you’ll be making an impact:

 

  • 3-year experience in Account Management, Sales Support and Back Office (Processing/Invoicing) roles
  • Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Proactive approach of work with strong service and problem-solving mindset 
  • Self-driven, curious to learn and flexible
  • Customer-oriented, interest in increasing customer happiness and deepening customer relationship 
  • Experience in working with remote team members in a multi-cultural environment
  • Fluent in English, bilingual proficiency in German is preferred

 

We’re looking for a teammate with:

 

  • Positive to challenges and have a flexible attitude 
  • Experienced with quoting, order processing, invoicing and/or credit &
  • collection 
  • Graduated in Business Administration, International Management or International Trade
