The Culture and Talent Specialist Role

 

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our dynamic Qlik Culture and Talent (HR) team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing various HR functions, including relocation and visa requests, recruitment reporting, new hire management, and document maintenance. You will work closely with Culture and Talent (HR) Business Partners and various stakeholders to ensure a seamless HR experience for employees.

Reporting:

  • Pull weekly recruitment update reports by function and create a PowerPoint that tells a story
  • Analyze new hire survey data at 30 and 90 days by function.
  • Create bulk upload templates for business partners based on requests.
  • Assist in liaising with the Total Rewards Team to process bulk uploads in the Inspire system.
  • Generate reports for new hires, terminated employees, and internal transfers.

 

Continuous Process Improvement:

  • Handle basic compensation requests, pulling job profiles, levels, and compensation information from the Sense app as needed.
  • Conduct mild PIR analysis based on information requests.
  • Retrieve and update job descriptions upon request from HR Business Partners, ensuring accuracy and branding.
  • Maintain and update templates for Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), offer letters, internal transfer documents, and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Assist HR Business Partners with template-related needs.
  • Monitor any special requests that come in through the business partners for support with documentation around i.e. security clearance, special letters, verification letter for clients/ consulting or vendors  
  • Update and maintain content on the C&T Business Partner SharePoint site.
  • Ensure links on the new hire Qlik Central site are correct and functional and send any changes to the Qlik Learning team to be uploaded on the internal learning management platform.
  • Provide accurate shared links to recruiting for manager communications.

 

  • Ensure accurate information is relayed to Qlik Central across the new hire and business partner pages.
  • Manage global business partner assignments template as the business changes
  • Create bulk upload templates for business partners based on requests
  • Assist in liaising with the Total Rewards Team to process bulk uploads in the Inspire (employee recognition) system.

 

New Hire Orientation Management:

  • Collaborate with the recruiting coordinator to manage accurate invite lists for new hire orientations.
  • Organize and oversee new hire office hours for the Americas HR business partner team.
  • Schedule sessions and track new hires and send timely email invites to the new team members.
  • Content governance and auditing of the PowerPoint and hyperlinks that are in relevant decks.

  • Learn the H1B Visa process; assist with learning country transfers
  • Learn Qlik Sense for reporting and supporting analytics to be leveraged by the business partner team
  • Learn the time control for the Latin American team members
  • Completing the exit interview process for departing team members; process the termination request in WorkDay
  • Partnership across the Americas Business Partner team to ensure alignment and ability to meet the needs of the business
  • Learn how all functions across Qlik partner with the Culture and Talent business partner team to ensure better business outcomes

Report Management:

  • Ad hoc reporting
  • Assist with Latin America for the purpose of time tracking, PTO reminders, compliance items
  • Manage the agenda for C&T Town Halls, Global and Americas business partner calls; generate notes and key take aways for follow up communications after the meeting

 

We’re looking for a teammate with:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR or related roles.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Workday, SharePoint and MS Office Suite (especially Teams and PowerPoint) .
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $60,000.00 USD MIN – $ 70,000.00 USD MAX per year. Final compensation offered by Qlik will be based on factors such as the candidate’s location, job-related skills, education, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Qlik offers a comprehensive benefits package.
