- Implementing and configuring Workday Supply Chain Management modules, including procurement, inventory, and supplier management;
- Analyzing business processes and requirements to develop effective Workday solutions;
- Providing advice and supporting on Workday SCM functionalities and industry-leading practices;
- Collaborating with stakeholders to provide seamless integration of Workday SCM with other systems;
- Supporting clients with the extraction, transformation, and loading of data into Workday;
- Conducting training sessions and workshops for end-users;
- Managing and executing project plans, delivering timely and quality outcomes;
- Troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to Workday SCM implementations;
- Preparing concise, polished deliverables, collaborating across teams as needed;
- Providing recommendations based on leading practices and relevant industry Supply Chain experience;
- Managing touchpoints with related Workday functional modules;
- Identifying and addressing client needs while building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement;
- Communicating value propositions; managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections;
- Preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials;
- Participating and leads client discussions and meetings;
- Managing engagements or dedicated workstreams, including preparing concise, accurate documents and maintaining project economics while maintaining flexibility for unanticipated issues;
- Supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust and seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation;
- Answering questions and providing direction to less-experienced staff; and,
- Coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback.
