The Opportunity
As part of the Business Application Consulting team you focus on enhancing customer engagement and refining front-office and back-office processes through technology solutions. As a Senior Associate, you analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain elevated standards while building meaningful client connections and navigating ambiguity. You work with clients and internal stakeholders to define customer journey maps, facilitate testing, and monitor customer experience metrics, delivering innovative and impactful solutions.

What You Must Have

- Preferred field(s) of study: Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, or Management Information Systems
- Conducting journey mapping and persona creation
- Delivering methodologies like Kanban, Scrum, and SAFe
- Facilitating testing and validation of customer experience solutions
- Monitoring and measuring customer experience metrics
- Staying updated on trends in utilities and customer experience technology
- Working with internal and client stakeholders
- Participating in client discussions and meetings

The salary range for this position is: $84,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
