As a Strategy & Deals Strategy Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to develop strategic solutions that drive business growth and transformation. You will be at the forefront of advising clients on strategic decisions, leveraging your analytical skills to provide insights that shape their future. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will be responsible for analyzing complex problems, mentoring others, and maintaining professional standards. You will also learn how to manage and inspire others, navigating increasingly complex situations to grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills.
In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team that supports clients in achieving their strategic objectives. - Conducting in-depth business analysis to support strategic decision-making

What You Must Have
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Master of Business Administration degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- Client service Senior Associate positions are intended for job seekers who are completing or have recently completed their final academic year of educational requirements

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
