People Tech - Product Manager Lead

The Opportunity
As part of the BA / Product Owner team you are expected to apply analytical skills working with business and product owners to develop requirements and user stories stemming from product roadmaps. As a Senior Manager you are expected to lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. You are also responsible for establishing direction and vision for the team, managing the assignment of project tasks, and using analytics tools to identify opportunities to improve service performance.

Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale projects and confirm their successful completion
- Develop and refine user stories in collaboration with business and product owners
- Utilize analytical tools to identify and improve service performance
- Establish clear direction and vision for the team
- Manage project task assignments effectively
- Foster operational excellence through innovative processes
- Engage with clients at a senior level to drive project success
- Apply Agile and scrum methodologies to solve business problems

What You Must Have
- High School Diploma
- 6 years of experience in progressive roles managing IT system/software development and project management processes

What Sets You Apart
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems Analysis, Management Information Systems preferred
- IIBA certification preferred
- Understanding requirements from business or stakeholder perspective
- Translating requirements into Agile/Scrum deliverables
- Understanding SDLC activities for custom and packaged applications
- Analyzing business and user needs
- Documenting requirements and revising system logic
- Managing quality and acceptance of vendor analysis
- Developing and guiding documentation of requirements and test cases

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
