The Opportunity
As part of the Finance team you perform state and local tax return reviews and finalize compliance tasks. As a Senior Manager you lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. You coordinate with other departments within the Firm to prepare, review, and analyze reports necessary for preparation of the Firm's tax returns.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 6 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance preferred
- CPA, EA or Member of the Bar preferred
- Performing state and local tax return reviews
- Monitoring tax compliance requirements
- Conducting tax research and solving complex issues
- Working with financial statements and journal entries
- Understanding financial systems and business processes
- Coordinating with other departments for tax preparation

The salary range for this position is: $91,000 - $321,500, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
