Responsibilities

- Supporting the delivery of technology solutions within the Partnership Allocation and Reporting domain
- Participating in client support activities to ensure seamless technology implementation and integration
- Assisting in the development and documentation of software applications and frameworks
- Engaging in project delivery tasks, including project planning and risk assessment
- Contributing to process improvement initiatives to enhance business operations
- Collaborating with team members to develop and refine technology roadmaps
- Conducting software testing to maintain quality assurance standards
- Assisting in the management and monitoring of IT infrastructure and systems
- Gathering and analyzing data to identify opportunities for technology optimization
- Developing user stories to facilitate smooth project execution
- Applying IT business strategy and consulting skills to support client objectives
- Leading design workshops to generate innovative solutions and address challenges
- Participating in the implementation and integration of technology solutions
- Utilizing project management software to track progress and manage resources
- Engaging in intellectual curiosity to drive continuous learning and improvement
- Actively listening and communicating ideas clearly within the team

What You Must Have

- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Applications, Computer Programming, Computer Systems Analysis
- At least a 3.0 overall GPA
- Client service intern positions are entry-level roles intended for job seekers who are in their third year of a four-year degree program or fourth year of a five-year program at the time of application. Winter internships typically occur during the spring semester preceding the student's final year of school. Summer internships typically take place during the summer preceding the student's final year of school.

The salary range for this position is: $29.25 - $48.00. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
