As a Management Consulting - Operations & Supply Chain Solutions Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to enhance their sourcing and procurement strategies, focusing on contract negotiation, supply chain management, and procurement process improvement. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections, anticipate needs, and navigate complex situations to deliver quality outcomes. You will guide and mentor junior team members, leveraging your skills to analyze complex concepts and develop a deeper understanding of the business context.

Responsibilities
- Conducting supply chain analysis to optimize logistics systems and improve efficiency
- Managing procurement processes, including vendor selection and contract negotiation
- Implementing strategic sourcing initiatives to enhance procurement activities
- Overseeing inventory management and distribution channel optimization
- Leading project resource management to validate timely delivery of objectives
- Utilizing Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement and operational excellence
- Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and execute operations strategies
- Analyzing financial management data to support budgetary management decisions
- Monitoring contractual compliance to mitigate risks and uphold agreements
- Facilitating supplier relationship management to maximize value from interactions
What You Must Have
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Master of Business Administration degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- Client service Senior Associate positions are intended for job seekers who are completing or have recently completed their final academic year of educational requirements

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
