The Opportunity

As part of the Finance Solutions team you will lead the charge in maintaining fiscal integrity and innovation within PwC's Controller Operations. As a Senior Manager you will serve as a strategic advisor, leveraging your knowledge to drive project success while innovating processes and maintaining operational excellence.

Responsibilities

- Oversee SAP S4 product ownership and finance data governance

- Work with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals

- Analyze financial performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

- Foster a culture of agility and innovation within the finance team

- Maintain compliance with internal and external financial regulations

What You Must Have

- High School Diploma

- 6 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

- Bachelor's Degree preferred

- Demonstrating thought leader-level abilities in client needs

- Managing cross-functional and system process improvements

- Working with PMO on change management strategies

- Defining product vision and strategy for S4 SAP System

- Prioritizing features based on business impact and ROI

- Acting as liaison between stakeholders and IT teams

- Facilitating agile ceremonies for product development

- Promoting product management and agile methodologies

The salary range for this position is: $91,000 - $321,500, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
