As part of the Software and Product Innovation team you will drive quality assurance initiatives through impactful automation strategies. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, mentor team members, and maintain exemplary standards while building meaningful client connections and navigating increasingly complex situations. Responsibilities
- Mentor junior team members in quality assurance practices
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases
- Utilize various tools and methodologies to improve testing efficiency
- Maintain documentation of test results and processes
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automation
What You Must Have
- High School Diploma
- 2 years of QA, technology or PwC experience
What Sets You Apart
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems, or Information Technology preferred
- Microsoft Certification preferred
- Demonstrating knowledge of Quality Engineering
- Working with Nearshore and Offshore teams
- Developing and maintaining Automation scripts

The salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $187,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
