The Opportunity
As part of the Customer Consulting - Customer Experience team you are expected to contribute to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. As an Associate you are expected to focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You are expected to be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by expanding your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1 year of experience of success in a consulting role at major utility company or professional services firm

What Sets You Apart

  • Master's Degree preferred
  • Understanding customer business processes and operational areas
  • Re-designing and improving business processes
  • Performing in Oracle CC&B and/or SAP environments
  • Experience utilizing Marketo and Adobe
  • Analyzing and comprehending business integration points
  • Leveraging MS Office suite for metrics and analyzes
  • Conducting business process re-engineering

The salary range for this position is: $75,000 - $118,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
