The Opportunity
As part of the Consumer & Retail Consulting team you will lead a team in organizing and maintaining proprietary datasets while transforming data into insights and visualizations that drive strategic decisions for our clients and the firm. As a Director you will set the strategic direction, lead business development efforts, and oversee multiple projects while maintaining impactful executive-level client relations. This role involves collaborating closely with industry leaders and cross-functional teams to develop commercially relevant insights that enhance thought leadership and client engagements.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8 years of experience

- Demonstrating thought leadership in data science initiatives
- Possessing proven SQL and Alteryx skills
- Proficiency in Python and/or R for data manipulation and modeling
- Leading teams in analyzing complex datasets for insights
- Identifying innovative datasets to enhance competitive differentiation
- Building predictive models and data-driven tools
- Designing experiments to drive continuous improvement
- Translating analytical findings into actionable recommendations
- Developing dashboards for self-service analytics

The salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $495,500, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
